Cancellations: The rental deposit will not be reimbursed for any cancellations within 72 hours of the date. The Dakota Zoo will refund the deposit for inclement weather and/or reasons the Dakota Zoo may close early. No shows are considered a generous donation to the Dakota Zoo.
Prohibited Items: Balloons, plastic baggies, glitter, confetti, alcohol, cooking grills, candles, and outside food for animals. Dakota Zoo has the authority to prohibit any additional items that may be harmful to guests or animal safety at any time.
