Field Trip Request form
Please fill out the form below - your visit is not offically scheduled until you receive a confirmation e-mail from the Dakota Zoo office. Thank You! Gazebo and train availability will be confirmed in that e-mail. School group rate this year is $4 per person (including teachers, chaperones, bus drivers, etc). In order to get the education rate, you must call in advance and fill out the Dakota Zoo Field Trip Request Form. If neither of these have been done, your group will get charged full admission prices.
