Wine-tasting

Tickets are now available for our "For the Animals" wine tasting for conservation taking place on Saturday, September 18, 2021 from 7-9 PM in the zoo discovery center. If you’ve joined us in the past but maybe skipped last year, the wine event looks a bit different these days, but there’s still plenty of wine, beer and good times to be had!
We will be limiting our tickets to just 125. This will allow us to set up our seating areas to ensure a little more “elbow room.” We will also expand our outdoor seating areas as much as possible, with weather being our only constraint.
Last year we offered “charcuterie boxes:” with wine appropriate snacks (cheese, cold cuts, fruits and veg, etc…) and they were very well received, so with a few modifications we will offer those again this year. We won’t skimp on the amount of food we put in them, but if you were used to making our buffet your supper in the past, you may want to have a light dinner or pregame snack before the event.
Finally, sorry shoppers, but our silent auction will be absent again this year. It just makes sense to avoid that congestion in the meeting room and open up that space for more guest tables.
Tickets this year will be $50 and will be limited to a total of 125 so get yours today!
